Terrible customer service, especially to the person who answered the phone at 17.56 on 23rd July 2020. Companies who do not provide the basic minimum customer service do not deserve any business. You've just lost an 80,000 sale. lol - not much money for a land rover but still, every customer deserves equal attention. I guess you have an ego that you don't need to attract business, it will come to you.! I will shop in Madrid or valencia, it is cheaper and I will enjoy the ride back!! Losers!

Awful service. Arrogant salesman who behaved like he was doing me a favor by selling me a new Land Rover - during the COVID economic crisis!! He was rude, unhelpful, poorly prepared and did the bare minimum to secure the sale. I bought the car nevertheless, mostly because it had the extras that I wanted and it was available immediately. The car was delivered with only one key and the salesman assured me that he would send me the second key within the next few days after the sale. Fast forward to 3 months later several emails and whatsapp attempts to reach him (only received 2 replies which were each received several days after I had contacted him) asking me to resend the information; and then he goes radio silent - no replies....and still no 2nd car key. I will never use this dealership again and recommend that others use alternative Land Rover dealerships.

He comprado un Velar de segunda mano en el concesionario. Un trato estupendo y el coche maravilloso. Vivo en Madrid y fui a recoger el coche a Barcelona. Me ayudaron con todo el papeleo, seguro, etc lo cual no les correspondía hacer, sin ponerme ningún tipo de problema. Muchas gracias a Jose por su atención.

Nefasta!!! Compramos un Jaguar F-Pace, se estropeó motor, según ellos por falta de mantenimiento, el cual teníamos gratuito durante dos años, por Garantia. Nos retiraron Garantia y estamos con denuncia judicial por 13.000 de los que no se hacen responsables. 1 año con vehículo parado, tras hacer 8 meses de comprarlo.

J'ai contacté à trois reprises (via autoscout24 et leur formulaire de contact sur leur site internet) ce concessionnaire Jaguar pour l'intérêt et la volonté d'achat immédiat d'un cabriolet Jaguar XK 5.0 V8 verte (annonce en ligne). Je n'ai jamais aucune réponse. Aucune correction de la part de leur service commercial qui ne respecte pas les valeurs de la marque et du groupe Jaguar - Land Rover.
